The app

The Real World runs as a progressive web app. The official support page says it installs from the website, with no App Store and no Play Store. Install it on each device and log in with the same email; your progress follows you between them. Our guide to The Real World app has the install steps for iPhone, Android and desktop.

Login questions

Is this the official Real World login page?

No. therealworldus.com is an independent site. This page links you to The Real World’s own login page at app.jointherealworld.com. It has no login form and never asks for your email or password.

I cancelled. Can I still log in?

According to the official subscription policy and support page, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling stops the next renewal. See how to cancel The Real World.

Which email do I use to log in?

The email address you used to join. The official support page says to log in with the email address you used to join, and to write to support from that same address if you need help.

Where do I download the app?

There is no app store download. The official support page says The Real World runs as a progressive web app that installs from its website, with no App Store and no Play Store. Install it on each device and log in with the same email; your progress stays in sync.
