Who
Nox. The Real World’s caption gives the age as 35 (34 on the earlier interview) and shows a US flag; Nox doesn’t state an age or a country in either video.
Starting point
Not from zero: “I had been in the consulting field for 10 years” (0:19). After quitting, “an extraordinarily nasty divorce” left “about three grand” (0:40).
Campus
Business Mastery. Nox: “the biggest value I got from it, and the lessons I applied, have all come from the Business Mastery campus” (2:40), above all Professor Arno’s lessons on communication.
Timeline
“Last July, I joined” (0:13). In the earlier interview: the first client “after the first month”, “a little over $100,000 a month in January”, and “$180,000 a month” “as of last month”. Neither video names the year.
Result (videos)
Earlier interview: the first client at “a little over $11,000 a month” (0:44) and “we’re doing $180,000 a month” (1:06); “I went from 3,000 net worth to 2.8 million” “within six months” (4:08). This interview: “I have five businesses now” (2:11), no figure.
Result (caption)
The Real World’s caption: “$200K + /month” (“New revenue: $200k/month” on the earlier one). It says Nox had “$3,000” when joining The Real World and now “generates $200,000/month as a business consultant”.
Investing
Nox credits “Professor Adam” for the investing lessons and estimates the return “compounded about 12,000%” (3:55). Nox’s own estimate; investing is risky and nothing here is financial advice.
Nox gives $180,000 a month “as of last month”, for the business (earlier interview); the caption rounds it up to $200,000 a month and says Nox “generates” it as a business consultant. The caption’s $3,000 matches Nox’s “about three grand” and “3,000 net worth”. Neither the videos nor the captions say whether the monthly figures are revenue or profit, or exactly when they were measured. The earlier interview was on The Real World’s home page by 8 June 2023, this one by 27 November 2023. The figures are Nox’s and The Real World’s own; this site hasn’t seen the accounts.
What Nox said
6 lines from the interview, copied exactly, each with what it means in plain English. The times are where they fall in the video.
“I had been in the consulting field for 10 years.”
What it means: Nox didn’t start from zero: the consulting came first, and the campus added communication and selling.
“went through an extraordinarily nasty divorce, which robbed me of just about every cent I had, except for about three grand.”
What it means: The starting point that The Real World’s caption gives as “$3,000”.
“the first lesson I actually learned something from was his lessons on communications.”
What it means: Professor Arno’s lessons. Nox: “I was the biggest nerd on planet Earth. Bad communication skills, but I could do everything else.”
“If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would have sealed my first client there”
What it means: What Nox credits the campus with: the selling, not the business idea. The first client paid “a little over $11,000 a month”, Nox says in the earlier interview.
“I have five businesses now.”
What it means: Nox doesn’t say what they are or what they earn: “I’m really not even comfortable announcing it on the internet.”
“I give students in there consulting for free in the Business Mastery campus.”
What it means: By Nox’s account, members can bring a business problem to the “business owners chat”. Outside, Nox charges “$1,500 an hour”.
What Nox did, step by step
Nox left consulting
After “10 years” in consulting, Nox decided: “I’m tired of making other people millions of dollars. So I quit.” A divorce then left Nox with “about three grand”.
In the video at 0:17
Nox joined and started a business
“I spent that three grand the next month after joining The Real World and starting my own business.” The draw was the competition: “I didn’t expect to learn anything while I was in there. I did”.
In the video at 0:46
Nox learned to communicate and sell
Professor Arno’s lessons on communication: “he really massively helped me get off the ground with that.”
In the video at 1:29
Nox closed a first client
“after the first month”, at “a little over $11,000 a month”, using “my personal skills” and Arno’s lessons.
In the video at 0:44 (earlier video)
Nox grew the business
To “a little over $100,000 a month in January” and “$180,000 a month” by the earlier interview; by this one, “I have five businesses now” (2:11).
In the video at 1:01 (earlier video)
Nox became a captain
“one of the head captains there”, teaching students and answering questions “in business owners chat”.

Transcribed on 26 October 2026 from the interview audio with Whisper speech recognition (run locally), then checked against a second full pass and a re-run of every quoted part: punctuation fixed, nothing added; “[unclear]” marks words the passes don’t agree on or that don’t make sense as heard (three places). Speaker labels are ours. The interviewer is from The Real World. It contains some swearing and a slur, kept as spoken. The $49 mentioned was the price at the time; today it is $99 a month on the official checkout.
0:00 Interviewer: Nox, I hear you just fine. How are you?
0:02 Nox: Excellent. I am fantastic. Life is good. How are you?
0:05 Interviewer: Ah, life is good. Fantastic, also. So what was that? How long have you been with us? How long have you been a member of The Real World? And how did you discover us, more importantly?
0:13 Nox: Last July, I joined.
0:16 Interviewer: Last July.
0:17 Nox: It was a long story, but long story short, I had been in the consulting field for 10 years. I remember seeing your brother. He was on YouTube.
0:25 Interviewer: Yeah.
0:25 Nox: And he was talking. I remember him saying… I can't remember exactly what he said, it's been so long, but I remember I was sitting at my desk one day. I was like, you know what? I'm not doing this crap anymore. I'm tired of making other people millions of dollars. So I quit. And then I immediately went through an extraordinarily nasty divorce, which robbed me of just about every cent I had, except for about three grand. And so I spent that three grand the next month after joining The Real World and starting my own business. And after I nailed the first couple of clients, it took off like crazy. I have made an extraordinary [unclear].
0:59 Interviewer: Beautiful. So I guess the first question I'm going to ask is, which campuses, which aspects of The Real World do you use and do you like the most? What do you learn the most from?
1:08 Nox: So I really, I joined The Real World for competition. I'm not going to lie. That's what really sold me on it. When you guys said there are G's in there just competing with each other, everybody's talking about making money, I wanted to be in that environment. I didn't expect to learn anything while I was in there. I did, and I'll get to that in just a second. But I noticed the first one that really caught my attention there was Professor Arno. Because, you know, he's, I mean, he's a good man. I love him. But the first lesson I actually learned something from was his lessons on communications. And a lot of people downplay that a lot. I'm terrible at communicating with people. I used to be just so bad at it. I was the biggest nerd on planet Earth. Bad communication skills, but I could do everything else. And he really massively helped me get off the ground with that. If it wasn't for him, I don't think I would have sealed my first client there, because I couldn't sell people. It just wasn't in me.
2:00 Interviewer: So how did you apply the lessons learned within The Real World to your business? And what is it that you actually do nowadays? I mean, how does it correlate?
2:10 Nox: My God, I do a lot these days. I have five businesses now.
2:13 Interviewer: Good for you, bro. Good for you.
2:15 Nox: I have made an insane amount of money. I'm really not even comfortable announcing it on the internet, if you know that feeling.
2:21 Interviewer: Oh, I do.
2:22 Nox: But now everyone knows I'm rich, so I have to hire armed security at this point. The second campus that made me decent money, once I started making money, was Professor Adam. And I'm telling you, that man is a [unclear]. I did not expect to learn that level of institutional investing. He was really good. But I'd say the biggest value I got from it, and the lessons I applied, have all come from the Business Mastery campus. It was mainly just in the first few months, because, you know, thankfully I learned pretty quick. But once I got the experience out of the way, it really helped me grow my business, just from me being able to talk to people better, because I used to suck at it. And as a business owner, you have got to be able to communicate with people properly. I used to be that guy in the back end, in the shadows, helping you grow your business. Now I'm in your office talking to you. And that was a huge transition for me.
3:13 Interviewer: That's awesome. So I'm not going to ask you how much money you make, obviously, from The Real World, because you're a very unique case. You're one of the good cases, one of the people I like to see. You've taken a lot of the lessons that you've learned. You've translated that into your real business. That's not money made necessarily from The Real World, but you've obviously upped your skills. But I will ask, in the investing room, just as a pure bottom line, because you pay $49 a month, obviously, to be a member of the group. You pay $49 a month. Your main business aside, just from the investing room and learning where to put your money and how to make money with your money, what kind of returns have you seen on your $49 a month investment?
3:52 Nox: I'm wanting to say compounded about 12,000%.
3:58 Interviewer: 12,000%, Jesus Christ.
4:00 Nox: I mean, what I did was I took Adam's system and I absorbed the information he was teaching, and I kind of modified it and just made my own. But without his lessons there, oh man, I would have made very, very costly mistakes. So he really saved me on that one.
4:15 Interviewer: You made any friends inside The Real World? You networked at all? Made any friends, spoke to anybody?
4:20 Nox: Absolutely. I've made very good friends with Arno. He's an absolute amazing individual. I highly encourage people to get to know him when you join the Business Mastery campus, because he's not just a good professor. He's a good friend. He's a good mentor. I have some of the other captains in there that I've networked with. Good number of students. There are people in there that you'll make friends with. I've seen people cut all their real-life friends off and just hang out in The Real World, and honestly have no problem with it. I mean, there are amazing people in there.
4:50 Interviewer: What would you say to someone who was skeptical about joining The Real World? “Oh, it's $49. It might be a scam.” What would you say?
4:57 Nox: “It's a scam.” I hear this all the time. God, they're morons. Sorry, I don't know if I can say that on an interview, but you waste more money than that on absolutely retarded crap. Lunch, booze, weed, flowers for your girlfriend. You know, I've had the pleasure of doing lessons in the Business Mastery campus because I'm one of the head captains there. And so I get to teach a lot of students now. And I've seen kids, God, 18 years old, in there posting like $10,000 sales wins. And I said, man, God knows what I would have done for that kind of money when I was 18. God knows. I don't care what age you are, you will learn how to make money in there. Anybody who wants to really know where to put their money, if they have wealth, you'd be an idiot not to join, because he's teaching you something that is very, very expensive to learn elsewhere. And I mean, just from the dollar amount [unclear], and the actual techniques he's teaching you. You know, normally in the private sector, if somebody hired me, like, say you had a mid-market company, you're doing somewhere between $50 and $200 million, you want my advice, I'm charging you $1,500 an hour. I give students in there consulting for free in the Business Mastery campus. You come in there with a business problem in business owners chat, ask me a question. I am there all day.
The earlier interview: the first client and the figures
An earlier interview The Real World recorded in 2023, with a different interviewer, on the home page by 8 June 2023. This is where Nox gives the figures: a first client at “a little over $11,000 a month” after the first month, and “$180,000 a month” by then. Nox also talks about why sales is “one of the most undervalued skills”. The $50 mentioned was the price then; it is $99 a month now.
Recorded by The Real World in 2023; The Real World’s own video, 6 minutes. It loads only when you press play.
“after the first month, I closed my first client. It was at a little over $11,000 a month.”
What it means: The first deal was a monthly retainer, not a one-off payment, with ten years of consulting behind it.
“grew the business to a little over $100,000 a month in January. And as of last month, we’re doing $180,000 a month.”
What it means: The business’s monthly figure, as Nox gives it. Nox doesn’t say whether it is revenue or profit, and The Real World’s caption rounds it up to $200,000.
“You could use that campus explicitly to get into high-ticket sales and do absolutely fine.”
What it means: Nox’s view of what the campus is good for: selling big-ticket services, like retainers “from $10,000 to $20,000 a month”.
“I went from 3,000 net worth to 2.8 million.”
What it means: Net worth, not income, and Nox says it took six months (“And that was within six months”). Nox’s own figure; this site hasn’t seen it.
“If you were to call me for a consult, I charge $1,500 an hour for that.”
What it means: Nox’s rate as a consultant outside The Real World.

Transcribed on 26 October 2026 from the video’s audio with Whisper speech recognition (run locally), then checked against a second full pass and a re-run of every quoted part: punctuation fixed, nothing added. At 4:04 every pass hears “So the tapes are not lying”, which may be “the Tates”; it is marked [unclear]. Speaker labels are ours. The interviewer is from The Real World and isn’t named. The video seems to be edited: Nox mentions “the other captain I just mentioned”, who isn’t in it. The Real World’s caption for it read “Nox, 34” and “New revenue: $200k/month”.
0:00 Interviewer: So what do you do within The Real World?
0:02 Nox: What do I do? Currently, I'm one of the business captains in the new Business Mastery campus, taught by the greatest professor in the world, Professor Arno. Arno's lessons are the ones that really helped me close a client, because they're really high-ticket items. I mean, you're talking about retainers that go from $10,000 to $20,000 a month. Well, one of the primary lesson series is explicitly on communication, because that's the important part in sales art, is being able to communicate with somebody effectively. And he goes over, I mean, many, many industry techniques you will not learn in school for selling people on anything. You could use that campus explicitly to get into high-ticket sales and do absolutely fine. So anyway, after the first month, I closed my first client. It was at a little over $11,000 a month. So that's when I first hit that mark. And I just used my personal skills and continued to watch Arno and communicating with people to kind of augment that, and grew the business to a little over $100,000 a month in January. And as of last month, we're doing $180,000 a month. So we're on a pretty good trajectory.
1:12 Interviewer: Very nice. Congratulations.
1:14 Nox: And I still continue to use his sales tips, by the way. They are absolutely golden. I have never in my life seen people give such… It's just things you would never think of in the sales process. And it's way worth way more than $50 a month just to learn that world-class sales. Sales is one of the most undervalued skills ever, until you're in sales and then you wonder why you never learned it.
1:40 Interviewer: So what about sales is that makes undervalued?
1:44 Nox: Even if you're just looking to get a job, bro, I mean, you're not going to beat sales. You want to get paid based on your performance. That's what sales does. You're learning the ability to talk somebody into buying just about anything. If you're good enough at it, you could sell nuclear waste to an environmentalist. I mean, that's the kind of skill you really want to learn, because if you want to make money, that is the art of making money. You're convincing somebody to buy something. That's making money, right? Making money doesn't happen without sales. You can put it on automation, sure, with decent marketing, a little bit of good ad copy, but you're never going to get those really, really high-dollar sales without having a guy who knows how to talk to people. It's definitely not a scam though, honestly. Even if you're just coming to the Business Mastery campus: Arno started doing that because he wanted to teach young men business, right? So like you're a young adult, you're 18 to 20, whatever, you're thinking about starting a business. You don't want to go in blind. He put all that content together to make sure that they don't have to go through the same trial and error he did going through the business world, right? So he's putting out all this content to make sure that they're prepared to do business without running into all the BS that comes with doing business. And there's a lot, too. It's definitely interesting. As far as the raw value is concerned, I know if you were outside of The Real World, to try to hire Arno to give you advice, it would be very expensive. The other captain I just mentioned, if you hired him outside The Real World, I'm actually familiar with his pricing structure, you would be paying thousands of dollars. If you were to call me for a consult, I charge $1,500 an hour for that. So you're definitely getting your value just in the Business Mastery campus for $50 a month, which is absolute insanity. What's that old saying? You know, you show me your friends, I'll show you your future. Come in The Real World, make some friends. There's plenty of good people in there to make friends with, and they're going to talk about money, and you guys are going to make money. My net value is already in the seven figures since I joined The Real World. I'm not sure how many people in there have actually accomplished that in under a year, but I'm very proud to say it. So the [unclear] are not lying when you said you could go in there to actually make millions. I went from 3,000 net worth to 2.8 million. That's not paltry. And that was within six months. You can do it, I promise.
4:17 Interviewer: For people who are still thinking, for $50, The Real World is a scam, what advice do you have for them?
4:27 Nox: Seek a therapist. Yo, that's just the craziest thing, after being in there for so… It's insane. You're not going to find that value anywhere else for $50. It's worth, in my opinion, thousands of dollars per month. That would make the barrier of entry obviously too high, but as far as the actual raw, true value is concerned, it's up, I would say, in the thousands of dollars per month. The market value could feasibly be done somewhere between 400 or 500 a month. I think people would still pay for it then, if they actually knew the value of it. But to say it's a scam at $50 a month is absolutely insane. I mean, good God, you spend more than that on a good dinner, and you're talking about something that could change your life. There's nothing in there that's a scam. You're going to learn actual, actionable business skills, and other skills that you could use to either freelance or invest or whatever, and you're going to learn many ways to make money in there. And even if you're only in there in a month, good Lord, you're going to absorb a lot of information that's going to help you throughout the rest of your career, whatever it is you do. And I would honestly challenge people just to try it for a month instead of going out for a steak dinner or whatever. You will surprise yourself how much you're going to learn just in that short period of time.

What the Business Mastery campus offers
What the Business Mastery campus looks like from a member’s account, how a new member starts, and what the support is like. The Business Mastery campus page covers what it teaches.

How you get started
Join and pick Business Mastery
One membership covers every campus: $99 a month or $996 a year on the official checkout. The official campus page says it “needs no capital to begin”.
Open Start Here
The first channel under “START HERE TO MAKE MONEY”. Its post ends “Now Click On The Button Below To Get To 10k+/Mo And Beyond.” and links to the “BM Intro” lesson.
Follow the roadmap
The Business Mastery Roadmap asks “Already have a business?” No: “30 Days To $10k/Month” (“Build Your Own Marketing Agency”), then the Business Masterclass (“Master Critical Business Skills”). Yes: the Business Masterclass first (“Sharpen Your Business Skills”), then “30 Days To $10k/Month” (“To Learn SEO and Paid Ads”). Both lead to “Reach $10k Per Month” and “Apply and join $10k+/month club!”
Work through the Learning Center
The courses on show: Start Here, “30 days to 10k/Month In 2026” (“a step-by-step, day-by-day plan”, the card says), Claude Lessons, the Business Masterclass (“sales, marketing, networking, outreach, and much, much more”), Daily Tate Lessons and Long Form Arno. The channels under “CHECK THIS DAILY TO MAKE $$$” add a Daily GM, a Daily Tate Lesson and a Daily SEO Task.
Put it to work on real clients
Nox used the communication lessons on clients straight away and closed the first one “after the first month” (earlier video, 0:44). Nox already had ten years of consulting experience to sell.
What support is like
- Chats. The channel list a member sees: Start Here, BM Announcements, BM Wins, Leaderboard and Introduce Yourself, then the daily channels and “HOMEWORK / MARKETING” (Content In A Box, Daily Business Puzzle, Google-Domination). Nox, as a captain: “You come in there with a business problem in business owners chat, ask me a question. I am there all day” (6:16). That is Nox’s account; The Real World publishes no response-time promise.
- Professor. The public campus page names no professor; it says the campus “is taught by a professor who runs businesses for a living”. Inside the app one course is called “Long Form Arno”. Nox names the professor as Professor Arno (1:29) and calls Arno “a good friend. He’s a good mentor” (4:31).
- Captains. Nox describes being “one of the head captains”: “I get to teach a lot of students now” (5:24). That is Nox’s account of the role; it isn’t on any public page we checked.
- BM Wins and the Leaderboard. The campus has its own wins channel and a leaderboard (Start Here screenshot). No posts from it have been captured for this site yet.
- No guarantee. The Real World’s Terms of Use say it doesn’t guarantee any financial outcome. Every campus starts from the fundamentals and assumes no prior knowledge.
Real wins and reviews
No posts from the Business Mastery campus’s own #wins channel have been captured for this site yet, so these are other members’ wins from across The Real World, with names and avatars blurred (any that show this campus come first). Tap any screenshot to see it full size. They are individual results, not typical ones, and not a promise: The Real World doesn’t publish average member earnings.

What members said on Trustpilot
Trustpilot has since removed The Real World’s profiles. These excerpts come from archived copies of those pages, read on 25 October 2026, with the reviewer’s first name, country and date as shown; “Invited” is Trustpilot’s label for reviews that came through a business link. The jointherealworld.com.de profile was not run by The Real World; reviewers used it anyway. They are reviews of The Real World as a whole, not of one campus, and other people’s words, not this site’s findings.
“The biggest thing for me, besides the lessons and the professors, is the community. You have a problem, ask a question in chat, fixed in 5 minutes.”
“after a month, I informed them that their services were not suitable for me. Despite my clear communication, they attempted to withdraw a significant amount of money from my credit card for an additional two months.”
The Real World replied: “turn off auto-renew before your next billing date.”
“Most the informaton you could find for free online in other places but you'll spend more time trying to find a simple step by step guide then using this platform.”
“Despite paying $49 per month (around $300 total), I didn't make any money or gain valuable insights. Much of the content was outdated and U.S.-focused”
“the campuses are also perfect if you are completely new to these methods of wealth creation but it'll take you some time before you see results.”
“The courses themselves are okay, but they're difficult to apply, and getting real clients is even harder. Overall, I don't think this works.”
For the record, the scores on 27 February 2025: the profile at trwstudent.com showed 2.9 from 23 reviews, and therealworldeducation.com showed 4.4 from 82, most of them invited through a business link over two days. Both profiles have since been removed.
Is this path for you?
It may suit you if
- You want to sell high-ticket services. Nox: “You could use that campus explicitly to get into high-ticket sales”.
- You have a skill to sell but struggle with the selling. Nox had ten years of consulting and says: “Bad communication skills, but I could do everything else.”
- You want the general skills every business needs, sales and communication above all, rather than one business model.
- You will use the chats. Nox answers questions “in business owners chat” as a captain.
It may not suit you if
- You expect Nox’s numbers from a standing start. Nox came in with ten years of consulting experience; the campus added the selling.
- You can only give it the odd hour. The official courses page says “the checklist expects a few focused hours per day” and that “Members who treat it as a side interest see little.”
- You need a guaranteed return. The Real World’s Terms of Use say it doesn’t guarantee any financial outcome, and Nox’s figures are Nox’s own.
Nox’s numbers are one student’s account, given in interviews The Real World chose to publish, by someone with a decade of consulting behind them. For the campus itself, see the Business Mastery campus page and the guide to The Real World campuses.
