Navy card quoting The Real World support page: email support@jointherealworld.com from the address you joined with

Direct answer

You contact The Real World by email at support@jointherealworld.com. Its official support page says most questions are answered in the page's FAQ, and if yours isn't, to "email support@jointherealworld.com from the address you joined with and the team will get back to you." The same address is the one given in the Terms of Use for refund requests and questions, and in the Privacy Policy for privacy requests. Members can also log in at app.jointherealworld.com, where the membership settings are. The official pages checked on November 7, 2026 list no phone number, no street address and no promised response time. The company behind The Real World is New Era Learning LLC, which the About page describes as registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Only trust support that uses the jointherealworld.com domain. This site is independent: it isn't The Real World's support and can't see, change, cancel or refund anyone's account.

If you need help with a Real World login, a payment or a cancellation, the quickest route is the one The Real World itself gives. This page sets out exactly what its official support page, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and About page say about contacting it, as read on November 7, 2026, and how to tell real support from a copy. One thing first: this site is independent. It isn’t The Real World’s support, and it can’t see, change, cancel or refund anyone’s account. Who runs it is on the about us page.

How do you contact The Real World support?

By email. The support page opens with this: “Most questions are answered below: logging in, using the app on more than one device, billing and renewal, and how to cancel your subscription. If yours is not, email support@jointherealworld.com from the address you joined with and the team will get back to you.” (support page)

So there are two steps:

  1. Read the FAQ on the support page. It answers logging in, using more than one device, missing login details, installing the app, cancelling, access after cancelling, renewal, refunds, joining from outside the US and age.
  2. If that doesn’t cover it, email support@jointherealworld.com from the email address your membership is under. Writing from that address is what lets the team find your account.

If you’re a member and can log in, you can also manage your membership yourself at app.jointherealworld.com. The “Manage Membership” link in the official site’s footer goes to the membership settings there.

Where do the official pages list the support email?

The same address appears across The Real World’s official pages:

Official page What it says to use support@jointherealworld.com for
Support page Any question the FAQ doesn’t answer, and login details that never arrived
Terms of Use Asking for an exception to the refund policy, and “questions or comments regarding the Terms”
Privacy Policy Privacy choices and requests, such as access to or deletion of your data
About page Listed in the footer as the contact address

Checked on the official pages on November 7, 2026.

Is there a phone number or live chat?

The official pages checked on November 7, 2026 (support, About, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Subscription Policy) give no phone number. The support page has a “Live 24/7” label at the top but doesn’t say what it refers to, and the page’s code loads no chat widget that this site could find. The checkout lists “priority support” among the features of the Conquer plan, without saying what that means in practice.

None of those pages promises a response time either. The support page says only that “the team will get back to you.” If your question is about a renewal, the subscription policy asks members to “contact our customer support team before your next renewal date” (policy), so don’t leave it to the last day.

What should you put in your email?

Make it easy for the team to find you and act:

  • Send it from the email you joined with. The support page asks for exactly that.
  • Say what you need in the first line, for example “Please cancel my subscription” or “I haven’t received my login details”.
  • For a payment question, give the date and amount of the charge as it appears on your statement. The bank statement guide explains how to match a charge.
  • Keep any reply, especially a cancellation confirmation.
  • Never send your password or your full card number. The official FAQ and policies don’t ask you to email either. For a privacy request, the Privacy Policy says “you may need to provide some personal information” to confirm who you are.

What company is behind The Real World, and what’s its address?

The About page says: “The Real World is owned and operated by New Era Learning LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.” (About page) The Terms of Use call the company “NEL” and say the agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

That’s as far as the official pages go. They give no street address and no postal address for support, so email is the contact route. People searching for the “Hustlers University address” are looking for the same company: the About page says New Era Learning LLC acquired the Hustler’s University brand in 2022 and launched The Real World. The full answer to who owns it now, and how that came about, is in who owns The Real World.

How do you tell real support from a fake?

Many sites use The Real World or Hustlers University name, and some look official. These checks work for any site or email claiming to be support:

  1. Check the domain. The official site is jointherealworld.com and the support address ends in @jointherealworld.com. A message from any other domain isn’t from the address the official pages list.
  2. Check where it sends you to log in. Members log in at app.jointherealworld.com. Don’t type your password into a login page on any other address.
  3. Check where it sends you to pay. The official checkout is on jointherealworld.com. Never pay a third party for access, a “fix” or a “reactivation”.
  4. Be wary of support that contacts you first asking for card details, passwords or a payment to sort out your account.
  5. Ignore the word “official”. Third-party sites use it in their titles too. Which Hustlers University is the real one shows examples.

If you’ve already given your card details to a site you’re unsure about, contact your bank or card provider.

What can this site help with, and what can’t it?

This site can explain what The Real World’s official pages say and point you to the right place. It can’t do anything to your account, and nobody here can see your payments. For the common jobs, these guides go step by step:

When this doesn’t apply

  • If you paid on another site. If your payment went to a site other than jointherealworld.com, The Real World’s support may not be able to find it. Contact your bank.
  • If you paid through an app store. The subscription policy says Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow the store’s billing and refund policies, so start with the store.
  • If the official pages change. The address and wording here were checked on November 7, 2026. The support page itself is the record.
  • If you need legal help. This is general information, not legal advice. For a dispute about your rights, a consumer adviser in your country or state is the right place.

What to do next

Open the official support page and check whether the FAQ answers your question. If it doesn’t, email support@jointherealworld.com from the address you joined with, say what you need in the first line, and keep the reply.
